[LotATC/LoPlug] Cancel LotATC 2.1.1 and LoPlug 0.1.0

The Lockon FC2 version has been released during final testing phase of this versions. I prefer canceled them and put all effort in LotATC/LoPlug adaptation for FC2.
All modifications will be reported in LotATC v3 of course. I hope to release it in one month…

Beta test phase show me that LotATC and LoPlug still have bugs (revelated yesterday). So I prefer postpone the release to fix them. I hope to release them in the week…
